Bento is a tool for creators. Links, products, a store, a post scheduler and DM automation, all in one place.
How it started
I got into vibe coding around June 2026.
I had always wanted to learn to code and I was self-taught, but I had never actually built my own product. Even at BeHooked I built the team and raised money, but I stayed on the business side and never touched the code.
Then Bento.me, the app I used for my link in bio, the link I had printed on my t-shirt as a QR code for people to scan, got acquired by Linktree and shut down. I was annoyed. That QR code was now useless.
So I built a clone.
Where it went
Then I got inspired by what Stan Store was doing, and I found a real gap in the market. Creators don’t just need a link-in-bio tool. They need the whole thing in one place.
So I added a post scheduler and a DM automation tool.
What’s next
As of writing this (15 August 2026), it hasn’t launched yet.
The moat I’m building towards is an MCP server. You should be able to just tell Claude, “post this video to my Instagram and set up the auto-DM,” and have it happen. Setting up auto-DMs after every post is a big task today. It shouldn’t be.
