Most of what I know came from getting something wrong first.
Build the smallest version that can reach reality. Learn to sell. Do not hold on to obvious mistakes because fixing them feels awkward. Spend on things that buy back time. Protect your health like infrastructure.
And remember that the company is something you are building. It is not all of you.
